You will define and deliver the organisation’s core AI Services (orchestration, APIs, SDKs, integration toolkits) and lead the technical strategy to embed AI-driven orchestration across their software portfolio.

You will work within a dynamic sales team and liaise closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors and progress sales through to completion.
You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site.
You will support Systems Engineering capability and improvement matters across the Business Areas, providing proactive guidance to senior stakeholders on Systems Thinking and Methods for adoption that aligns with successful project execution.
You will have proven experience as a Chief/Lead Engineer (or role with similar responsibilities), with the following attributes:
You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.
You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
