You will be responsible for managing the portfolio of rentals throughout the country, and as the department is growing, support colleagues where required, to enable a higher level of business to be achieved.
You will have excellent computer skills, and be able to manage and prioritise your workload at all times
You will oversee all regional activities, including expanding our client base and the delivery and development of the business.
You will also ensure that your workforce have relevant training and are equipped with the relevant skills to meet demands. The includes ensuring effective and prompt communication of toolbox talks, safety alerts and other contract methodology.
You will report directly to the Operations Director, but you will have autonomy with your own teams and projects. Contract values range between £1M - £5M. This role does require travelling to your sites and clients. Projects are mainly within the south of the country, however some are further up north.
