You will work cross-functionally with sales, consulting, operations, finance, and HR to embed a repeatable bid process, create the content infrastructure we need, and ensure our submissions are consistently compliant, compelling, and competitive.
You must be able to open doors, generate qualified leads and convert into long term relationships. This is a proactive, hands-on-selling role. We are not looking for someone to “strategise and plan growth”. This person is confident in getting on the phone, talking directly with potential clients, talking financials, pitching and negotiating successful agreements.
You will be the key point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in strengthening relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Director of International Business Development.
