Additionally, you will complete work under the Public Law Outline (PLO) and prepare Court reports and assessments.
You will work as part of a brigade of chefs to achieve a successful service for your lead chef.
You will meet and work alongside industry leaders as you make your way around the venues/events that we work with.
You will preferably have an NVQ Level 1,2,3 Professional Cookery (or equivalent) OR relevant experience in the role.
