You will be responsible for; producing statutory consolidated financial statements, monthly management accounts, annual audits, financial control processes, compliance reporting, budget preparation and forecasting. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead financial accounting, and year end processes to ensure delivery of timely and accurate external reporting.

You will own the product vision and roadmap for back-office systems, translating complex operational needs into clear, prioritised delivery with engineering teams and external partners. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you will drive continuous improvement, automation and modernisation across end-to-end travel operations.

You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.

You will influence strategy, own sector growth and share in our overall business success through our Employee Ownership Trust structure, which rewards sustained performance and contribution.
