You will be responsible for the programme’s EMR compliance and variation of environmental consents associated with the permanent design and management of environmental impacts of design changes as the project matures.
You will ensure the environmental elements of the contractual requirements for handover have required information in place, ensuring the evidence is acceptable.
You will provide specialist technical expertise to support each project within the programme, leading technical resolution to significant geotechnical challenges with a “best for project” mentality, accounting for contract requirements, cost, schedule, risk etc.
You will lead by example and promote good practice relating to geotechnical, geology and I&M, sharing learning across the programme.
You will assist in supporting formal grievances and disciplinary situations – assessing risk, supporting line managers with investigations and liaising with relevant colleagues in both the EKFB project and parent company HR Teams on complex matters.
You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
You will have responsibility for the strategy and development of the Liability for Maintenance project, including ownership of all relevant EKFB documents.
You will contribute to development of Liability for Maintenance policies, procedures and guidance in the Business Management System.
