You will be the point of contact and provide excellent stewardship to those brilliant supporters. This will include working sensitively with people with experience of the cause, often to do something positive ‘in hope’ of a missing loved one, and actively inspiring more of them to do so.

You will assist with customer service, stock management, and general shop duties. With our shops open Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00 and you will help us maintain high standards of service and presentation.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of staff and volunteers in a role that is both flexible and impactful.

You must have some evidence of experience with children, ideally in a nursery setting

You must have the right to work in the UK and must hold UK residency for the past 3 years or more - Maths and English GCSE is desirable however if you do not have these then you will complete a Level 2 Maths and English Functional Skills test to show competence in these areas.

You will be leading and working in a small team of highly trained staff to deliver excellent Lymphoedema care in the Richmond locality.
