You will be working with small groups of students or 1:1. You would be required to facilitate the students with their own projects that interests them as well as assisting them during their lessons.
You will:Provide individualised care and learning support to students, acting as a Pupil Champion for their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs. Collaborate with staff and therapists to deliver a highly personalised curriculum. Foster an inclusive community where students feel happy and supported.
