You will be responsible for:
You will be responsible for overseeing day‐to‐day operations, managing the fleet, coordinating complex transport schedules, and working closely with other departments to support the wider estate operation.
You will be a natural leader, driven to create a culture of excellence whilst maintaining operational oversight of all aspects of Transport across the estate.
You will regularly engage with residents, their families, and colleagues as part of your daily activities. Additionally, you will liaise with contractors, coordinate their services and ensure that work is completed to a high standard. Occasional visits to other homes may be necessary to provide cover or as part of planned maintenance activities.
You will be willing to join the PVG Scheme and work in line with the values and ethos of CrossReach.
You will also need to become amember of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.
You will also be required to adhere to the SSSC Code of practice.

You will have previous experience in a residential setting, along with strong operational management experience.
