You will carry out supervisor role 7.5 hours of the week and cleaner role 7.5 hours of the week).
You will also be required to monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification/COSHH regulation, reporting any difficult issues to management.
You will be responsible for setting up rooms for lets and being the responsible person on site for reporting health and safety issues.

You must not have lived or worked in any country outside of the UK or those listed above for a period of three months or more, while aged 18 years or over, within the past five years.
