You should have an understanding of janitorial duties in a school with an organised and effective approach to the full range of duties. Experience of handyperson duties and both the knowledge and ability to carry out routine maintenance on plant and School equipment is required.
You must have an understanding of Health & Safety issues.
You must have the ability to supervise pupils.
You should have good communication skills and be able to work on your own or as part of a team. Janitorial and cleaning experience or similar is essential and supervisory experience is desirable. Previous experience of using ICT equipment & use of Email is essential.
