You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider support staff to provide tailored support that meets individual pupil needs. The role may involve 1:1 or small group support, assisting pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

You will provide strong phase leadership, ensuring consistent implementation of agreed policies, practices, and expectations.

You will take responsibility for driving high-quality teaching and learning across core subjects, embedding effective assessment and pedagogical approaches.

You will work closely with the class teacher and Early Years team to support children in Nursery or Reception, helping to deliver engaging, play-based learning activities.

You will support pupils both within the classroom and in small group settings, contributing to a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
