You will provide clinical leadership to the care and nursing teams, ensuring that residents receive person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

You will take responsibility for the clinical governance and the running of the service of the home in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring care delivery meets CQC requirements and aligns with company policies and procedures.

You will work within a dynamic sales team and liaise closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors and progress sales through to completion.

You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site.

You will be responsible to maintain and develop the customer database building great relationships with customers and developing new business.

You will be responsible for the organisation of your journey plan on a weekly and monthly basis

You will possess full knowledge of all products, prices and key competitors.

You will have experience in a similar role with a high emphasis on international travel and selling through channel, agents or distributors.

You will possess a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, motivate external partners, and maintain the highest standards of commercial conduct.
