You will mainly be working on the highly specialised male ASD wards. In this role you will assess, implement and develop an OT treatment programme according to service users diagnosis and identified needs.
You will be an integral member of the Multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and OT department.
You will be an integral part of a large, well established MDT with extensive experience to draw from.
You will be responsible for managing site delivery, overseeing both direct labour and subcontractors, and acting as the primary site contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
You will play a key role in ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and in line with commitment to quality, traceability, and value for money.
You will be responsible for creating new partnerships and commissioning opportunities and help us with income generation and the stewarding of funding relationships whilst keeping an overview of the quality of our services and how we communicate about our work.
You will be entrepreneurial and fast‐thinking, with skills of persuasion and strategy.
