You will lead safeguarding practice across our Public Health Nursing service in North East Lincolnshire.
You will help shape longterm safeguarding strategy, work closely with partner agencies, and model a strong safeguarding culture.
You will also lead a small team of specialist nurses, offering high-quality supervision, training, and professional support.
You will lead group therapeutic sessions, helping people develop and improve their speech and communication.
You will have experience in managing a designated caseload using theoretical and practical experience, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
You will learn how to assess and control risks, understand legal responsibilities, and investigate incidents. Step 2 – NEBOSH General Certificate Build on your foundation with the NEBOSH General Certificate, the gold standard for health and safety professionals. This qualification covers workplace hazards, health and safety legislation, and how to design and implement effective safety systems.
You will build strong one-to-one therapeutic relationships, encourage engagement, and empower individuals to achieve improved outcomes and greater independence.
You will manage a designated caseload, completing specialist assessments, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes in line with individual care plans.
You will be spoilt for cycling and walking in the Wolds. Fresh fishfrom Grimsby docks and the sandy beaches of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire coast will add to your quality oflife.
You will have access to confidential informationrelating to North Thoresby patients. You are required to exercise dueconsideration in processing such information and you should maintainconfidentiality for patients.
