You will play a vital role in helping each child rebuild confidence, close learning gaps, and re-engage positively with education.
You must have a current Social Work England registration and at least three years post qualifying experience within Children’s Social Care that includes child protection.
You will role model and champion good social work practice, are able to evidence relevant continued professional development and will support others in sharing your knowledge and experience to contribute to our inclusive culture.
You must have a current Social Work England registration and have successfully completed your ASYE in a statutory children social care setting.
You will also be able to demonstrate strong assessment and analytical skills.
You should have experience of working in partnership with children and their families and other professionals, to produce needs led plans for children and young people.
