You will work predominantly on robotic projects for our Track Test Department and Kinematics & Compliance projects for our Lab Test Department, which supplies OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers with R&D equipment for their automotive development efforts. What will you be doing?
You will act as the internal advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are represented in discussions on performance, product quality, and service delivery—whether dealing with direct clients or third-party distributors.
You will lead both the Applications Support and Customer Returns teams.
