You will ne someone with;ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent. Previous experience of managing people. Good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements. Working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering.

You must set up and maintain strong relationships with clients and operational teams, adopt and highlight a collaborative approach to delivery and resolving issues. What will you deliver?

You will ensure that every guest is provided with a warm welcome to the estate and hotel and ensure a consistent luxury and personalised guest experience

You will ensure quality standards are achieved consistently with all guest engagement and procedures in the department throughout the guest journey
