You will build/maintain strong relationships with customers to collect overdue payments, manage their payments options, along with resolving account/credit queries.
You will reconcile customer accounts & allocate payments to reduce unallocated cash, understand overall credit risk on the ledgers, review credit limits, customers’ orders & accounts on hold.
