You will prepare, process, and submit quotations from customer enquiries from catalogue & bespoke product ranges. As Estimator , you will own and manage your own quotes, updating records and liaising with internal & external teams ensuring the client's requirements are met. Main Responsibilities: Ensure all key information is obtained in order to offer a suitable solution for the client project.
You will ensure that the conduct of any personnel under your control is safe, professional and conscientious.
You will also be required to attend site meetings with the client and on behalf of the client as requested. Driving a Safety-First culture throughout the team on the account, lead through your experience and knowledge of safe systems of works and compliance.
You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.
