Revit MEP Coordinator jobs in Nottingham

You will be expected to check and amend designs and mentor junior team members. As a Revit MEP Technician you will be expected to complete electrical and mechanical designs for major residential, commercial, healthcare, leisure and retail schemes using Revit.

You will also be required to complete; - 3D design of Mechanical, Electrical and Public services.

You will work on projects from feasibility and planning through to construction, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Note: Due to the nature of the projects, the successful candidate will be required to pass SC clearance.

You will be joining an enthusiastic and vibrant practice full of architectural specialists that are committed to designing with people at the heart of their projects.

You will be completing daily tasks that include:Supporting a project from concept to completion. Preparing designs using Revit and other relevant architectural software.

You will be involved from early concept design work through to installation support, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. • Producing mechanical (and some electrical) building services layout drawings using AutoCAD 2D and Revit. • Designing HVAC, heating, ventilation, domestic water and drainage systems.
