You will hold a varied caseload across supported living services in and out of the Reading Borough and contribute to the team performance and positive outcomes for our residents.
You will need to be within commutable distance of Reading as you will need to attend the office and do site visits for 1.5 - 2 days per week.
You will work under the supervision of a registered practitioner to undertake direct work with individuals and their carers.
