You will be responsible for managing the day‐to‐day running of the metal shop, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards. The employer is a well‐established organisation in the transport and distribution sector. This role sits within their Asset Refurbishment arm, providing additional value for their clients.
You will participate by overseeing the transport operation, efficiently planning the transport resources whilst maintaining daily communication with operational teams, vendors and customers regarding network/route plan changes. Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm. Salary: £32,500 per annum.
You will deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to compliment a customer’s needs. Working closely with the store management team, you will inspire and support your team in creating a customer-first culture, giving genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products.

You will also be responsible for managing the customer relationship, ensuring that customers have great confidence in the workshop through the provision of excellent service.

You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.
You will ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.
You will distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary.
You will provide assistance in the supervision of all staff while maintaining the standards of the shop floor. Furthermore, you will deal with certain managerial processes on a daily basis as instructed by Store Management.
