You will be supporting our clients and ensuring their needs and requirements are met.

You will be required to support the Sales Operations Manager in the management of the portfolio of existing accounts and be the primary line of contact for our customers. This role will provide information needed to ensure that vehicles are managed effectively through the remarketing process.

You will be supporting a positive customer experience within our stores by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors.

You will be focused on deterring loss on the salesfloor whilst acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.

You will need to demonstrate your ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

You will ensure operational KPIs are met whilst striving to achieve the branch and company financial targets driving our SLAs.

You will work closely with both the Regional Manager and Shift Managers to develop and deliver operational plans, ensuring continued high level customer service to your local area.
