You will act as the vital link between operational requirements, third-party providers (including physiotherapy and diagnostics), and internal clinical leads.
You will be a primary point of contact for operational escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to appointments and patient complaints.
You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.
You will be expected to work at various sites around the country and be working away from home during the week.
You will be fully expensed for this and will have a company car too. And here’s what we’d like you to have: - A willingness to work away from home and have the flexibility to change locations
