You will play an important role within your store, working closely with the Store Manager, to create and deliver the commercial plan to help the business to grow and change for the better.
You will be involved in everything from customer service, store operations as well as the clinical activities which include: patient pre-screening, dispensing, accuracy checks and much more.
You will work within a dynamic sales team and liaise closely with Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams as well as working alongside external partners such as estate agents and solicitors, supporting sales progression through to completion.
You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site.
You will need to be organised and possess the ability to multi-task, being able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines is important as we need to deliver work on time to our clients. Communication is crucial and so the ability to be clear and concise in both your written and verbal communication is key.
You should also be a proficient account manager. Your experience and salary level will reflect your qualifications, but, for us, it’s about finding the right character and personality with the core traits required for success.
