You will also be responsible for training and supporting your team while managing sales and stock efficiently. Ideal candidates will have a passion for retail and fashion, along with strong leadership and motivational skills.

You will be able to assist customers with any questions regarding our jewellery manufacturing, repairs, company, or items for sale.

You will be IT literate and be confident using technology.

You will also be responsible for handling cash, processing refunds, handling emails and similar administrative tasks.

You should be reliable, considerate and caring in your approach. Formal qualifications aren't necessary, although any similar experience gained in a commercial or care setting would be useful.

You will enhance customer experience by working across all areas to meet customer needs, ensure a seamless shopping experience, and act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their visit. • You are curious about the product range, and want to learn the stories behind the products and their design.

You will be educated to HNC level in an appropriate discipline or have equivalent operational experience in a relevant professional environment.

You will have a creative, positive attitude; an awareness of data and analytics technologies and methods; and an informed, professional approach.
