You will grow and deploy a team of experts to directly support client case work, content development and business build initiatives.

You will drive the Intellectual Property (IP)/content agenda for your topic, including the building of technical tools, with support from internal information technology colleagues.

You will have solid experience in MS 365 and facilities management work flow management systems.

You will hold a NVQ level 4 / HND or above in a construction or engineering-related field as well as a CSCS card, a full UK driving license and a safety management qualification such as IOSH or SMSTS.

You must also be a great manager who can shape and develop teams. Driven and disciplined with a keen eye for detail, you’ll be a natural multi-tasker who’s at home on the shop floor and in a broader fast-paced business that includes online and delivery services. Above all, you’ll feel passionately about your store and responsible for its success.
