You will have: Proven experience in resource management , operational resourcing , or workforce planning .
You should have good communication skills, a collaborative approach and a proven ability to deliver work on time.
You should be a qualified professional with HNC/HND/Degree or Masters in a relevant subject (e.g., civil engineering, transport planning) Desirable to be member of Professional Body, such as ICE or CIHT.
You will provide advanced clinical assessment and intervention, contribute to service development, and act as a resource for multidisciplinary teams. Experience in videofluoroscopy and Fibreoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallow (FEES) is highly desirable.
