You will support students in overcoming the challenges they face in accessing their education and the social world around them within their own homes and or a nominated work space such as a local library. The Aim is to support young people in reaching their potential through both emotional, practical and educational support, whilst tailoring our approach for each individual specific needs.
You will support pupils who need extra support to complete tasks or have difficulty engaging with schoolwork.
You will also watch for challenging behaviour and help pupils promote positive behaviour while offering emotional support to help pupils in their emotional and social development, and you will inform other staff about any issues.
