You will be responsible for undertaking assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring that the well-being of children and adults at risk is safeguarded.
You will work collaboratively with families, multi-disciplinary teams, and external agencies to provide the best possible support for those in need.

You will be responsible for supporting classroom teachers in providing the best support possible to students ranging in the ages 8-19 years old, with various Special Educational Needs such as: - Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) - Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
