You will be able to clearly share 2 years experience supporting individuals who require high levels of support and are often deregulated.

You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration. You will be required to work closely with other professionals including NHS Grampian, Police and third sector providers.
You will have the opportunity to support a variety of clients with a range of disabilities, various health and support needs to maintain their independence while living at home.

You will organise and facilitate the evening running of the Therapeutic Community programme at Rae House Residential Service.
You will co-ordinate the service users’ tasks and activities.
You will provide waking night cover, ensuring that risk is monitored and minimised.
