You will receive an annual salary of £34,000 per annum, and 33 days annual leave per year (including statutory holidays). You will act as a key support to both employees and managers, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters. Your role will focus on employee relations, performance management, learning and development and HR compliance. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will help drive employee engagement, ensure legal compliance, and support the wider business strategy.

You will support the recruitment process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork and relevant documentation is complete. Keep accurate records of all relevant residents’ documentation to include financial contracts, monthly invoice requests and payments, pocket money cash records and sundry invoices.
