You must be very personable, extremely self-motivated and have exceptional communication skills, and also have a full driving licence. This position has genuine incredible earning potential and is one that greatly rewards sales achievement. Basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, with top performers earning double this amount through bonus earnings.
You will take responsibility for developing a warm and established customer base, where there is significant opportunity to upsell, cross-sell and expand share of wallet, alongside a clear remit to win new business. Typical deal values range from £10k£100k, with regular opportunities at £500k£1m level, supported by a large and experienced service and installation team.
You will be responsible for opening new markets, securing new clients, and building recurring revenue streams through sales, licensing, and process services. This is a strategic growth role with direct visibility to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities - Identify and target companies in specialty chemicals, pharma, advanced manufacturing, and related sectors.
You will provide operational leadership, professional supervision, and oversight of statutory responsibilities, ensuring high-quality, person-centred practice. The post also involves contributing to quality assurance, service improvement, and the ongoing development of collaborative approaches across the care home sector.
You should have a degree in software engineering or a related engineering/science discipline with relevant software development experience.
You will work a 37.5 hour flexible working pattern, that allows an early finish on a Friday.
