You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.
You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
You will hold a professional membership at levels IFSM (Member Grade) or IFE (Graduate Grade). You would ideally have already gained acceptance on Tier 2 Competent Fire Risk Assessors Register (CFRAR).
You will receive ongoing CPD training to meet IFE learning criteria but will stay independently up-to-date on current fire safety legislation and best practice.
