You should be skilled in team leadership, managing clinical and operational priorities, and carrying out risk assessments. Requirements include: - Previous management experience in a care home setting - Qualification such as Level 4 Registered Manager Award or Level 4/5 Leadership & Management in Care (or willingness to work towards one)
You should be comfortable working alone, leading a team and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning. We'll also need you to liaise with contractors on jobs that fall outside the expertise of your team.
You should be reliable and flexible when it comes to your working hours.
