You will be key in ensuring that our assets across the MOD estate comply with regulatory and contractual obligations, as well as keeping our customers at the core of all we do. Our ideal candidate will be a proven people manager with stacks of water industry experience and a flair for continuous improvement.
You will support residents in participating in service scrutiny and monitoring, ensuring their feedback informs improvements.
You will co-ordinate an annual programme of resident events and activities, promoting the benefits of engagement across the organisation and within the wider community.
You will prepare cases where formal enforcement action is to be taken (in consultation with the Council’s legal advisors) where breaches of planning control cannot otherwise be resolved. Great communication skills and an ability to engage with a range of stakeholders is therefore essential along with a commitment to delivering an outstanding service to all our customers.
