You will be given responsibility for holding a psychological caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to school development, staff training and consultation as required.
You will be a qualified RMN with experience of working with people with dementia and/or mental health disorders and be able to manage a caseload under the Care Programme Approach, placing the person at the centre of care in a busy but rewarding role. Ability to work in partnership with carers/family and services in the community is essential.
You will be familiar with the development of service improvement plans, confident in advising board/senior teams on professional issues and able to engage with patients and key stakeholders.
