You will work alongside our founding team and our Founding AI Scientist (PhD in Reinforcement Learning) to translate cutting-edge research into enterprise-scale production features. Key Responsibilities - Scale Agentic Architectures: Advance existing workflows into multi-agent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, state management, and self-correction.

You will grow the use of our AI and automation technology in Europe and the UK. With the full support of software developers, data scientists, and technical support staff, this is a player-coach sales role initially which means we expect you to help build and implement the next generation of our go-to-market plans that meet or exceed sales targets.

You will be focused on the following tasks:

You will be responsible for translating complex clinical and real-world data capabilities into clear, scalable, market-ready products that directly address high-impact industry challenges. As a senior leader, you’ll work closely with data science, engineering, and commercial teams to shape solution roadmaps, support major client engagements, and help drive global adoption.

You will work on real production problems rather than research-only work, owning models from first iteration through to live deployment.

You will collaborate closely with other data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps, with the freedom to shape how GenAI and ML are used across the platform.

You will take cutting-edge research and turn it into production-ready models, enabling real-time, scalable, and reliable multimodal AI experiences.
