You will support efficient and patient focused service and will ensure safe referral and discharge of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations in any area of the Acute Medicine department. 80% of the post holder’s role will be clinical and 20% related to clinical audit, teaching, self-development, development of the service and research.
