You will actively engage in team collaborations to meet research goals and report your research findings both internally and externally. You'll use your research to contribute to product development and customer research projects as well as contributing to the company's open source libraries.
You will build strong relationships with researchers and clinicians, manage timelines and activities, support workshops and meetings, and help identify opportunities that accelerate progress.
You will communicate complex information clearly, enjoy working collaboratively, and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
You will lead the development of internal and external research projects, manage beneficiary insight gathering, and oversee the systems and frameworks we use to evaluate and share our effectiveness. This role is central to helping us improve what we do and explain why it matters and ensuring that lived experience remains at the heart of everything we do.
You will be working in our new purpose-built facility in Witchford, Ely. Our purpose-built facility is just 12 miles from Cambridge, within the beautiful mediaeval city of Ely. There are train and bus links to Ely from Kings Cross and Liverpool Street London, and our site is within distance of Ely train station and Ely Bus station.
