You will work closely with senior PBS leadership to coordinate strategy, support services, and evidence positive outcomes. The role involves regular travel across the region, with occasional travel elsewhere in Scotland, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
You will have a PhD (or equivalent experience), have co-written successful grant applications and have a portfolio of research outputs.
You will have demonstrable experience leading research and engagement activities that span academic, national and local policy, and public audiences.
You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
You will be supported through clinical supervision, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to service development, education, and research.
You must be driver with access to own car as the role covers the South of Scotland, with occasions where travel elsewhere in Scotland may be required.
