You will successfully conduct day-to-day work and solve complex issues in your own specific technical engineering area, will share domain and industry knowledge between cross-functional teams and will serve as a guide to others by sharing and helping junior engineers in their duties, while reporting on status of difficult or high-level projects to local tech leadership via written or oral means.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth, reach, and expansion of the services in which we deliver at Social Interest Group (SIG).
You will play a big part in ensuring we continue to grow and deliver exceptional services to our residents and participants, impacting many more lives.
You will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including the operational running of the LMS, delivering a high standard of support to colleagues on digital learning processes and queries.
You will have the opportunity to work within various consenting regimes, including Development Consent Orders and Town and Country Planning.
You will be expected to liaise within the Water Team (and externally), to clearly communicate opportunities and constraints, be able to evaluate flood mitigation options within masterplans, and prepare reports.
You will be giving appropriate support and direction and the company attend the London office 2 days per week, all in together on the same days each week (days by mutual team agreement). This is a small, flexible, modern firm, offering a different way of working.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding their client base, developing tailored proposals, and closing high-value contracts in security guarding and cleaning services. This is a strategic sales role requiring a consultative approach, sector-specific knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering results.
You will also be familiar with Microsoft and other software packages. Working within a dedicated and friendly team of engineers and technicians, you will be operating in a stimulating and dynamic technical environment with responsibility for ensuring our state-of-the art installations across the UK are operating at peak efficiency.
You will start as a Pest Control Technician, with your initial 6-12 months dedicated to covering a specific geographical area. You'll provide invaluable support to customers by resolving their pest control issues while receiving comprehensive industry-recognised training. Key responsibilities include:Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
You will be based between 2 offices, both based in easily accessible locations in Zone 1 and 3 South West London.
You must have good communication skills and have experience liaising with clients regularly, particularly in person and over the phone.
You must have experience of a wide range of software packages, including Xero.
