You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You will be provided you with a van, tool kit and your own scheduler to ensure your diary is both efficient and consistent. Duties & Responsibilities - Deliver, install and validate new equipment. - Carry out scheduled maintenance, site surveys and advise the customer of any additional costs incurred.

You will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites. - Ensuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date. - Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. boilers, fans, pumps, AHU's, FCU's etc - Safe working practices in relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applications

You will be required to carry out all works in accordance with the lift manufacturers' specification and safety procedures and you should be available to participate in a roster system to provide 24-hour standby service, which will include some Bank Holidays.

You will also be required to be available to travel to other parts of the Channel Islands by Air or Sea, to work as required by the Company.

You will work on electrical and mechanical systems, including fault diagnosis, repairs, and improvements to enhance reliability.

You will also be involved in installations, equipment upgrades, and working with PLC-controlled systems.

You will receive £250 for every candidate we place in permanent employment who has been recommended by you.
