You will be working with some key accounts and large value clients across a range of industries. It is a long standing client of Oscars, someone we know well as its a great place to work, there are people we have placed there who have been there over a decade and progressed very well within the organisation.
You will act as an external arm of their clients, liaising with and managing CDMO's, and other key Vendors.
You will be speaking with key stakeholders including C-suite, and VP level, as well as connecting with entry level and specialists within their clients.
You will lead an established Test Engineering organisation and play a key role in improving the consistency, effectiveness, and scalability of testing across teams, with a strong focus on quality outcomes and customer confidence. This is a player–coach role, requiring you to remain technically hands-on while also developing people, standards, and ways of working.
You will take responsibility for the execution of the Quantity Surveying function on allocated contract/s, in order to fulfil the requirements of the Company in maximising quality of service and profitability.
