You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.
You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.
You will be expected to work from the Telford office between 40% and 70% of the time.
You will actively mentor junior engineers and support their wellbeing, professional growth, and development, including through effective performance management.
You will be working in an multi-disciplined Agile Scrum team on the development of software of one or more release-based projects.
