You will support the day-to-day operation of our nursery. The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery Manager/Managing Director to ensure high-quality provision, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, and lead staff in delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

You will assist the Registered Manager to lead a stable and motivated team to deliver high and consistent standards of care and support for our young people, ensuring they are kept safe, that you advocate strongly for them and their voice shines through everything we do.

You will foster a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioural KPIs, whilst capitalising on new retail opportunities. As our Retail Store Manager, you'll lead by example with exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

You will need to be a great communicator who can share knowledge, experience and best practices

You will need to have the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all areas whilst remaining flexible

You must be adaptable to change, whilst being able to challenge effectively

You will report directly to Senior Management overseeing a small finance team.

You will oversee a small finance team, ensuring targets/deadlines & accuracy are achieved.

You will provide financial analysis, take a lead on improving processes/systems & ensure compliance with financial regulators.

You will foster a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioural KPIs, whilst capitalising on new retail opportunities. As our Retail Store Manager, you'll lead by example with exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

You will work closely with colleagues from multiple professions to ensure that the voice of the child is always heard.

You will be fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent), with significant post qualification social work experience and a recognised social work qualification, plus evidence of CPD and HCPC registration.

You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis, with time off in lieu.
