You will be an experienced manager, your role will involve leading and developing your practice team to achieve revenue targets and deliver great customer service, in addition to other key areas including compliance. You will act as the primary point of contact, managing client accounts from initial brief through to post event reporting.
You will build strong client relationships while coordinating with suppliers, venues and logistics to deliver seamless inbound programmes.
You will lead and drive our community, events and individual fundraising activity across our sites in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Fife, keeping existing supporters engaged while inspiring new supporters to come on board.
You will take responsibility for developing a warm and established customer base, where there is significant opportunity to upsell, cross-sell and expand share of wallet, alongside a clear remit to win new business. Typical deal values range from £10k£100k, with regular opportunities at £500k£1m level, supported by a large and experienced service and installation team.
