Regional Technical Manager jobs in Pontefract

You will support your team, ensuring the delivery of the area operational plan, taking responsibility and ownership of all growth, occupancy and financial targets.

You will be responsible for the safety of all, and you’ll motivate your team with ideas that keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled and happy.

You will ensure all daily quality controls and audit functions are completed on site whilst adhering to customer and food standards.

You will have excellent communication and leaderships skills. As a ‘people person’ you will manage, develop and lead and coach your team. This is an opportunity to really make a difference, drive change and continuous improvement on site.

You will manage this area taking responsibility for Account Management and new client acquisition.

You will have a strong mechanical engineering aptitude and or qualification either through an engineering apprenticeship and or Engineering Degree.

You will have excellent communication skills and able to communicate and sell to a wide variety of levels.

You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, validating and communicating new vulnerabilities across the other technical teams, ensuring the vulnerability management process is followed.

You will help manage and configure our vulnerability scanning and reporting tools as well as helping administer Next’s Bug Bounty programme.
