You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of academic achievement, and be someone who shows initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills.

You will manage a portfolio of complex insurance policies, ensuring retention and growth while upholding compliance and delivering bespoke insurance solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Experience to be the next Senior Property Account handler: – Experience in senior property account handling within the insurance sector

You will have a relevant qualification and have experience of managing your own caseload. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents and lenders.

You will also be able to join your colleagues if you wish, at Davisons social events. - Dress down & treat day on the last Friday of each month.

You must have experience of delivering similar projects with a reputable main contractor, delivering projects on time and within budget, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.

You will drive continuous process improvements, ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, and maintain alignment with corporate financial policies. You should carry out all aspects of the day to day running of the marketing suite in accordance with the customer journey, taking ownership for the sales process with customers, maintaining necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales progress.
